What are our cancellation deadlines?A free cancellation of your room is a week before your arrival possible.
If the room is not canceled within this time limit, you have 80% to pay the first night.
Zu Messezeiten, zum Münchner Oktoberfest als auch für Gruppenreservierungen über 5 Personen sind no free cancellations possible. The full price has to be paid.
Are credit card informations needed if you book a room?Basically, no credit card information is needed.
However, at trade fairs, as well as the Munich Oktoberfest, credit card informations are needed
What are our breakfast times?Breakfast is available on weekdays from 07:00 - 09:00.
On weekends and public holidays from 08:30 -10:30.
Deviations are possible by arrangement.
Are parking spaces available?Yes, there are parking spaces in our courtyard.
However, we recommend that you book them with your reservation.
When should you checkout?In our hotel the checkout is possible until 11 o'clock.
A later checkout will incur additional charges.
Which payment methods are possible?In unserem Hotel können Sie ausschließlich mit Ihrer EC oder Kredit Karte bezahlen. Barzahlungen sind nicht möglich !
Are there any rooms facing the courtyard?Yes, there are both rooms on our courtyard side, as well as to the street available.
